Critical Support issues
IMPORTANT:The Trouble Ticket System is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. If you have an immediate support need for critical issues there are two options:

- Call our 24-hour telephone support line at (216) 367-7576 to open a trouble ticket.
Other support issues
Non-critical support issues include moves, adds, changes and other general inquiries. We will address these issues during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. All non-critical requests received after business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Please email your trouble ticket.
