ü Critical Support issues
 
IMPORTANT:
If you have an immediate support need for critical issues there are two options:

1 Open a Trouble Ticket via e-mail.

Call our 24 hour Telephone Support Line to open a trouble ticket at (216) 367-7576.

The OTRS Trouble Ticket System is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

ü Non-Critical Support issues

 

Non-critical issues (i.e. Moves-Adds-Changes, general inquiries, etc.) should be e-mailed and are addressed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.).
