BlueBridge Networks Reinvests $1.2M in Infrastructure
CLEVELAND, Ohio (Tuesday June 26th, 2007) –
BlueBridge Networks announced that it has retained engineering firm
Peters, Tschantz, and Bandwen, Inc. to oversee $1.2M in
infrastructure upgrades to its Cleveland Data Center. The upgrades
include expansion and enhancement of redundant UPS protected power
capacity, electronic
infrastructure monitoring, and physical security. Additionally, the
project includes substantial upgrades to its computer & IP network
design, and certifications such as SAS70, among others. The first
phase of the project, which is already in progress, has an initial
budget of $650k and is expected to be completed by Q1 of 2008.
According to Neil Adelman, CEO of BlueBridge Networks, “The needs of
our customers are growing and changing. BlueBridge Networks is
heeding the call to remain on the cutting edge of the data center
industry’s highest standards for redundancy and high availability
services.” Mr. Adelman continued, “These infrastructure upgrades
afford tremendous scalability for our services without compromising
the world class services our customers are accustomed to. BlueBridge
has the necessary infrastructure for increasingly sophisticated and
demanding computing environments required by today’s applications.
With this major reinvestment, we look forward to strengthening our
commitment to our customers and the region for years to come.”
Thomas A. Bandwen, P.E., Principal at Peters, Tschantz, and Bandwen,
Inc. added, “BlueBridge Network's recent major investment in
infrastructure improves their capacity, but also hardens the site
for maximum reliability, and really shows their commitment to
provide
premium reliable services for their customers”.
